How To Prepare Your Wedding Favors

By Lucille Smith

If you are planning your wedding in the near future, don't forget to start organizing your wedding favors as soon as possible. Luckily, you will almost be spoilt for choice so you won't have to worry too much about having a problem deciding what to go for. This should make things much easier for you and will be one less thing to worry about before the wedding day arrives.

Flowers are undoubtedly one easy wedding favor you can give to your guests. Fortunately, as far as the bride and groom are concerned, apart from choosing which flowers to have, there is little for them to do.

Red roses always look attractive and of course they don't have to be wrapped like many other flowers. It is simple to have these placed by the caterers on the day just prior to the wedding reception.

More and more people decide an easy wedding favor to give their guests is candy in a presentation tin or box. I like the idea that a number of receptions have started to use where the costly centerpiece is done away with completely. All you require to make this successful is to use a large glass bowl and fill it with all your favorite candy for the guests to enjoy.

Supplying each wedding guest with a small tin or other presentation container so they can fill it with whatever candy they wish. All you have to do is let each guest have the option to take whatever candy they like and you won't have anything more to do.

Pictures frames can also work well especially if they are used as place card holders. If you intend to use picture frames as your wedding favors there is a way that you can present them to your guests without have to wrap them! If you use the frames to hold the place cards however, wrapping will not be necessary.

An easy wedding favor that might appeal is to have the photographer take a digital picture of each guest and then present it to them at the wedding reception as they arrive. So to make sure each guest leaves with their photo, the photographer could take along a fast digital printer then they could be printed out while the guests are enjoying the reception. As most wedding photographs are in groups, a photograph with just one couple at a time showing them at their best would be a welcomed wedding favor. Many professional photographers have purchased small digital projectors so there is no reason why you couldn't request one at the reception and this way your guests could see the images that had been taken during the day.
