Best Engagement Proposal - 7 Romantic Proposals

By Charlie Jackson

If you get an engagement proposal from the internet or from a magazine, you really need to make sure that you personalize it, rather than carbon copying it word for word! The best engagement proposal ideas afterall are the ones which are unique to the couple!

I hope you get some inspiration from some of my best engagement ideas!

1. If you're 100% certain of a positive response to your question then why not consider an instant wedding? You could do it in Hawaii where the laws are lenient; you'll need to arrange it with a good hotel and the tourist board! When she says "yes" maybe at dinner, start the wedding on the spot! You'll need her family involved in this one!

2. Buy her 3 red roses. One to represent the past, another to be the present and the final rose which has the ring attached to it is the future!

3. Arrange for a day at the spa followed by a private photo shoot in your best outfits. Go down on one knee while the photos are being taken and propose! Afterwards you can go for a great meal followed by a night at a 5 star hotel!

4. Arrange to meet your lady in the park at lunch time! Arrive a few minutes late wearing a suit of armour and riding a horse. Have a nearby friend in some bushes playing Holsts "Jupiter" as you arrive! Swing from the horse and offer to be her prince!

5. Pick her up from work in a rented limo. Present her with a red rose and her favourite outfit to change into. Drive to the best restaurant in town and have them serve you in the limo! Play romantic music and propose over champagne for desert.

6. Go for a walk past the location where you first met. Eat the first meal you ever made for her where you had your first ever picnic. Propose while listening to your first every song!

7. Blindfold her and take her down to an idyllic spot by a nice river! When you release the blindfold have a nice picnic set up, you could hide a bottle of champagne in the river!
